Celebrating Soccer on Canada Day
The 150th anniversary of Canada is around the corner. Reason enough for the Canadian Corporate Soccer League (CCSL) to host a special one-day tournament in Montreal. On July 1st, at the Percival Molson Memorial Stadium is the place to be.
The CCSL is pleased to announce this year’s Canada Day Tournament. President Albert Zbily and his staff are inviting everyone to celebrate the country’s birthday with them. Starting off at 9 am, 24 teams will compete against each other for their ticket to the playoffs at the “Molson Stadium”. During the short breaks in between games, the players will have the opportunity to meet other peers in other industries and increase their local network. Meanwhile, friends and family members can enjoy the match-ups while having a barbeque on the sideline of the pitch.
In Addition, everyone has the chance of winning a couple of fantastic prizes and souvenirs. The main attraction in the 2017 lottery pot will be a brand new Beats EP headset. “Canada Day is always very special. It is a moment to remember how we as a nation finally settled our differences and became united. There is no better way as to spend this day with the one’s we love most“, said Mr. Zbily. “That is why our goal is to host the perfect event for the whole family.”
Cost of participation is $299.95 per team and includes a Barbeque lunch for the players.
